Cancellation Policy of Kumarakom Houseboat Club
All cancellations ought to be implied through email and refund arrangement will be viable from the date of receipt of this email. All refund will be prepared inside two weeks on receipt of email.
Refund will be made with check for money installments, check or bank exchange. Online refund for bookings made by means of our site will take 7-10 working days. Credit/charge card online refund may be made against credit/debit appointments and ordinarily take 15 working days. Credit/debit cancellations will be charged 5% additional.
Cancellation Charges
1. 15 days preceding travel – 90% refund
2. 7 days preceding travel – 50% refund
3. 0-6 days preceding travel – No refund
Cancellation Process
Send us an email to [email protected], expressing your name, booking affirmation number and date of movement.
In case of early departure because of any unexpected incidents, we tries to withdraw all bookings and refund will depends on the amount. We do not hold any responsibility for this refund, but will assist you in the best possible way.
There will be No Amendment or Reschedules for the bookings once Rescheduled [The full advance amount will be considered as Cancelation fees (No Refund)]
